Sorin lliescu
Sorin lliescu is responsible for complete system design from concept through contract document phases including equipment selection and layout of new plumbing and fire protection systems for commercial, institutional, and educational buildings.
He develops written specifications and cost estimates and reviews plumbing and fire protection drawings for accuracy and code adherence. Sorin is also an Assistant Professor at the University of New Haven where he teaches, conducts research projects and manages independent study programs.
His areas of expertise in teaching include: Hydraulics for Fire Protection, Heat Transfer and Fire Chemistry.
Sorin's education includes an M.S.M.E., University of Installations for Constructions in Bucharest Romania and a M.S. in Fire Science-Technology Concentration from the University of New Haven in Connecticut.
