David Rivers brings 29 years of product and project business as an associate with Emerging Technologies Associates.

His expertise in program management provides ETA's clients an integrated approach of efficiency programs and resource services. His project experience reaches across various business sectors incorporating sustainable lighting and energy management solutions. David is known as an advocate for the development of educational resource alliances which has provided the customer with emerging lighting and control technologies.

He has co-authored business and technical training programs for the California Advanced Lighting Controls Training Program (CALCTP), Southern California Edison's Customer and Agricultural Technology and Applications Centers (CTAC & AGTAC) and the Illuminating Engineering Society (IES).

David has a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) and is an instructor for both the CALCTP and CTAC programs. He has been recognized by SCE Design and Engineering Services as a collaborative partner in the development of their lighting technology labs.
