In Situ Pilot Assessment of Technology
We strongly recommend gathering “real world” proof by pilot testing any new measure before making a capital investment. Emerging technologies assessment is a powerful tool to evaluate, measure and verify the performance of the new system and its ability to achieve the energy efficiency, environmental, design, comfort and financial objectives. We design in situ pilot projects as a means of validating stated performance claims.
- Identify appropriate pilot project site
- Develop Evaluation, Measurement and Verification (EM&V) process and procedures based upon applicable standards
- EM&V project management
- Conduct EM&V data collection
- Develop report of findings and case studies
