Come and join us in a three hour hands on seminar  in learning how to benchmark from scratch or brush up on your current benchmarking. We will review the data requirements and the mechanics of ENERGY STAR® benchmarking from start to finish. Bring your own facility‘s data and enter the data under guidance of one of the most active ENERGY STAR Service and Product Providers, Emerging Technologies Associates, Inc..

We will review the five-step data transfer process of SDG&E Automated Benchmarking Service (ABS): this will include tips on initiating ABS correctly and troubleshooting for the most common errors in inputting your facility data within the ENERGY STAR benchmarking tool, Portfolio Manager.  dreamstimemaximum_11841125

You will learn how accurate benchmarking is required for certain SDG&E® customers to participate in the Energy Efficiency Programs and how to create a baseline, verify and track your energy improvement projects.

Finally, we will generate together and review the Statement of Energy Performance for your building and will briefly review the requirements of AB 1103 energy use disclosure.

To take full advantage of the class, please bring at least one year of utility bills (electric, gas and water) and building attributes (Data Worksheet will be provided by SDG&E prior to seminar).

This seminar will provide invaluable insight into how to properly establish an account and benchmark with ENERGY STAR Portfolio Manager. ETA will provide the attendees with:dreamstimemaximum_9758497
